英国本科荣誉证书(Honours degrees)分为四个等级，以40分为及格线划分为：
First class honours degree(1st)一等学位 (70分以上);
Second class honours degree - upper second(2:1) 二等一学位(60～69分);
Second class honour degree - lower second (2:2) 二等二学位(50～59分);
Third class honours degree (3rd) 三等学位(40～49分)。
一般证书：
Ordinary degree 普通学位，通常学生最终仍有一门挂科且补考未能通过。
